Bark Lighting was started in July 1999. It is providing a new and innovative approach to the "design and function" of lighting. Wherever possible adhesives screws and nails are not used. Bark models "one one" and "one two" use only two screws in their construction and rely totally on extreme precision joinery in a miniature scale.

All lights are hand made in England and are constructed of the finest materials available. All current models are made out of specially selected hardwood and paper. All the light fittings used are of the highest quality to provide a lifetime of safe enjoyment.

The effect created by light from a normal bulb passing through the parchment paper is relaxing flattering and most importantly comfortable. Ideally suited for every day illuminesence as well as being able to create inspirational ambiance.
